Give a building number and the nearest intersection. If the entrance is around the corner from the posted address, include that detail. In a mixed residential and commercial building, an apartment entrance and a shop entrance may be separate even when they share a number.
For an apartment lockout, say whether the building itself is accessible. A building-managed entry system can require a different contact from the lock on your own door. Having the superintendent's details ready can help if shared access is involved.
